The Digital Lending Association (DLA) in Germany has added two new members: Euro ABS and GvW Graf von Westphalen.
Euro ABS services the asset-backed security market globally.
GvW Graf von Westphalen is a partnership of attorneys and tax consultants with offices across Germany but providing services globally. This is the first legal-focused group to join the DLA.
Both entities are associate members.
Constantin Fabricius, Managing Director of the DLA, said they are pleased to add the two new members who are working in key areas such as securitization and Fintech, stating they will help with the success of the DL.
Philippe Woesch, Associated Partner at GvW Graf von Westphalen, said they were delighted to be the first law firm to join the association, and they look forward to supporting other DLA members.
Founded in 2019, the DLA was created to advocate on behalf of the lending and credit industry, which is rapidly transitioning to digital services. The 30 members are comprised of digital lenders, investors, and service providers from all over the European ecosystem.
