DWealth Education and dVIN are partnering on an initiative to “bring blockchain proficiency and economic opportunity to the global investment-grade wine ecosystem.”
dVIN is a blockchain-based platform for the wine market. The company says it will introduce a digital asset dubbed $VIN (Vincoin) later in 2024.
DWealth Education is an educational platform that focuses on “wealth building” themes or “Learn2Earn.”
David Garrett, co-founder of dVIN, said the educational program will help winemakers and wine investors to understand better how blockchain can be leveraged as part of the investment process.
Dara Albright, President of DWealth Education, said she expected the forthcoming webinar to bring economic opportunity to those engaged in the wine trade.
Tokenization is the process of turning an asset into a digital asset, frequently a security.
dVin reports that it generated approximately $800,000 in revenue in 2022 by working with over 80 wineries for its pilot program.
