SeedBlink, a European securities crowdfunding platform, says it is pursuing the third edition of its Tech Investor Academy (TIA) for Bulgarian and European investors.
Starting on June 10th, the educational project aims to help investors better utilize their money by teaching portfolio optimization, legal frameworks, cross-border investing, and liquidity questions.
The course is said to combine theoretical concepts with in-depth case studies derived from the current investment landscape.
Since its launch, TIA is said to have successfully educated over 200 investors, guided by 20 experts from Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, the Czech Republic, France, and Italy. This year’s edition of the educational program will feature four in-depth lessons:
- Deal assessment & portfolio building: Identify factors that influence portfolio performance, applying them to select successful investments, and extract key lessons from successful investor’s anonymized portfolios.
- Legal conditions influencing different round types: Understand the impact of legal and commercial terms on investor portfolios and gain practical insights from deep dives into real-world anonymized portfolio cases.
- Cross-border investment strategies: Explore the dynamics of European startup ecosystems and develop strategies for successful cross-border investments while learning to navigate macroeconomic and geopolitical challenges.
- Understanding liquidity and secondary market transactions: Gain insight into liquidity solutions and exit strategies, and master secondary market transactions, from pricing to grasping market dynamics.
The program is only available to SeedBlink’s Elite and Club members.
