Alchemy Pay, a fiat-crypto payment solution provider, Danal, an integrated payment business company, and Danal Fintech, the Korean domestic specialist in virtual asset payments, announced the signing of a partnership agreement on June 25.
This Memorandum of understanding (MOU) aims “to enhance the competitiveness of both parties’ payment solutions in the global market and to solidify mutual cooperation.”
This MOU signifies Alchemy Pay, Danal, and Danal Fintech’s commitment “to creating synergies through strengthened partnerships and a broader payment ecosystem.”
By uniting the expertise in physical and virtual asset payment markets on both a local and global scale, this collaboration is poised to drive significant progress and innovation in the Korean and global payment landscape.”
Son Kyung-hwan, CEO of Danal Fintech, stated:
“Our strategic relationship with Alchemy Pay will play a crucial role in our global market expansion. Through this partnership, we will actively discuss enhancing our payment solutions and global marketing to facilitate its entry into the global market.”
In its effort to support international business expansion, Danal is “broadening its relationships with global payment partners.”
A representative from Danal explained:
“This agreement is part of our initiative to support overseas expansion and to strengthen our global payment network.”
Following the recent partnership with global payment company PayPal, the partnership with Alchemy Pay is seen as an active step to bolster Danal’s position and “competitiveness in the global market.”
Alchemy Pay views the Korean market “as a potential growth area, and sees this partnership as a significant step in that direction.”
By maintaining a strategic relationship with Danal, a leading PG company in Korea, and Danal Fintech, with its “experience in real-world virtual asset payments, it is a great opportunity to discuss the participation in the Korean market and to actively establish a global payment cooperation system.”
Founded in Singapore in 2017, Alchemy Pay is “a payment gateway that seamlessly connects crypto with traditional fiat currencies for businesses, developers, and end users.”
With its offerings including On & Off Ramp, Crypto Card, Web3 Digital Bank, NFT Checkout, and Crypto Payments, Alchemy Pay supports “payments in 173 countries.”
