Mintos continues to roll out the benefit of a higher interest rate for parked cash. Today, Mintos is announcing that Spanish customers may now access a liquid money market fund managed by Blackrock.
The Mintos Smart Cash is a money market fund that is described as complementary to the loans, bonds, ETFs, and real estate already available on Mintos.
The BlackRock ICS Euro Liquidity Fund is an AAA-rated money market fund managed that invests in short-term securities such as bank deposits and government securities.
Mintos investors may participate for as little a one Euro.
Returns are currently reported at up to 3.75% annually, paid monthly.
Martins Sulte, CEO and co-founder of Mintos, noted that the Fund is also available to investors inAustria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Switzerland. He indicated they intend to add more countries over time.
