Banking as a service provider Griffin says it has opened up its platform to UK Fintchs. Griffin is a licensed provider of banking services seeking to enable banks, and now Fintechs to provide digital banking services. Griffin offers services like wealth, lending, insurance, proptech and payroll sectors.
Griffin recently reported that it has been approved as a B Corp certification, which is said to show its dedication to sustainability and ethical business practices. Earlier this year, Griffin announced a $24 million funding round and became a fully operational UK bank following a successful mobilisation period.
Griffin pitches itself as an API-first UK bank and full-stack Banking as a Service platform. Founders David Jarvis and Allen Rohner, previously co-founded tech unicorn CircleCI.
