Dalmore Group, a broker dealer that specializes in assisting firms in raising money online in private securities offerings, has been touting its ability to help issuers add qualified sales people to improve their ability in raising funds.
Dalmore is one of the largest platforms enabling offerings under Reg A+, a securities exemption where issuers may raise up to $75 million. Since 2019, Dalmore reports having onboarded over 270 Reg A+ clients.
The offering must be qualified by the Securities and Exchange Commission but both accredited and non-accredited investors may participate in the securities offerings.
Dalmore is also active in the Reg D and Reg CF markets.
Dalmore is currently working with potential issuers to advise how they may legally pay commissions to salespeople to improve the outcome of funding rounds. Specifically, they are focusing on Reg D offerings where you may raise an unlimited amount of funds.
