Fintech Razorpay Introduces Faster Order Placement Solution to Enhance Checkout Experience

Fintech firm Razorpay is pleased to introduce QuickBuy, which is described as the company’s 1-click order placement solution designed that aims to “to simplify and speed up the checkout experience.”

Powered by Razorpay’s robust data network and advanced personalization capabilities, QuickBuy reportedly “transforms the traditional, multi-step checkout process into a seamless single click.”

According to a blog post from Razorpay, you may think of it as “a smarter way to shop: the best discounts are applied instantly, and preferred addresses, shipping methods, and payment options are already set—making every purchase as easy as one click.”

As noted in the update from Indian Fintech Razorpay, QuickBuy simplifies and accelerates “the checkout process, directly addressing common pain points” that lead to cart abandonment and user drop-offs:

  • Streamlined User Interface with Half-Page Overlay: A clean, half-page overlay keeps users focused and minimizes distractions, reducing cognitive load and speeding up checkout by 30%.
  • Personalized Payment Experience with AI: QuickBuy uses AI to predict and display the user’s preferred payment method, reducing friction. For example, returning users who frequently use UPI will see it as the default option. This seamless experience boosts the average order value (AOV) by 5% and encourages upsells.
  • Smart Offers and Discount Management: Users are shown the best available offers, with the top discount applied automatically. They can easily switch to another coupon, ensuring transparency and maximum savings.
  • Intelligent Address and Shipping Selection: QuickBuy auto-selects the most frequently used shipping address and method, reducing manual input and decreasing cart abandonment by 15%.

Here’s how to integrate QuickBuy:

For mWeb Standard and Magic Checkout Businesses:

Automatic Activation: QuickBuy will be enabled “automatically for all eligible businesses on mWeb. There’s no need for additional setup—just enjoy the enhanced checkout experience.
For mApp Standard Checkout Businesses:”

SDK Upgrade Required: Businesses using “the mApp standard checkout will need to upgrade to the latest SDK to benefit from QuickBuy.”

Availability: QuickBuy will be rolled out and available “for all eligible businesses within a couple of weeks.”

A seamless checkout experience is paramount for online businesses. QuickBuy, powered by Razorpay Magic Checkout, enhances “the way customers pay and place orders.”

By streamlining the process, offering personalized recommendations, and applying the best deals automatically, QuickBuy ensures “a frictionless and delightful shopping experience.”
