FCA-regulated real estate investment platform Shojin and Anarock, a Dubai-based real estate brokerage firm, have announced a new partnership. According to a company statement, the two firms will open up real estate investment opportunities for each of their investor networks.
Anarock’s clients from Dubai will gain access to UK property offerings listed on the Shojin investment platform. On the other side, Shojin’s UK-based users will be able access Anarock’s real estate offerings in Dubai.
The partnership aims to introduce joint webinars, workshops, and market analysis reports to keep investors informed and empowered.
Shojin reports that since 2017 it has raised over £65 million for projects with a combined Gross Development Value exceeding £615 million.
