Ascen, the Y Combinator-funded back office platform for contract staffing, announced its partnership with workforce payments platform Branch to offer faster payment solutions for staffing companies.
The partnership enables staffing firms that turn to Ascen for EOR and payroll services to offer “same-day payouts” as well as other financial services to their workers.
This not only fosters an efficient payments experience, but also better enables staffing firms to “compete for talent.”
Embedding Branch’s payments tech, Ascen can pay workers for completed shifts immediately after their hours have been approved and offer “a direct deposit option for new and current workers.”
