World Network claims that it is scaling steadily, and its growth is having a considerable impact on the “success” of Mini Apps developers.
Launches in countries like Brazil have seen global World ID verifications “top 8 million” (8,590,580 as of this writing), while the launch of World ID Credentials, with access to WLD tokens, has “helped the number of people using World App climb to more than 18 million.”
As the network grows, it’s creating a zero-to-one moment for developers building Mini Apps, providing them with “a large, growing, fully onchain, verifiably human audience that’s instantly accessible.”
Mini Apps on World App are currently seeing around “3.8 million opens and 6.7 million impressions per day, along with 3.4 million World ID verifications every week.”
This exposure to millions of real, engaged humans gives Mini App developers the opportunity to grow their audiences “quickly and organically with zero distribution costs, and learn from community feedback.”
Take Argiefy, for instance. They provide real-time financial information, investment tools and education to “help people navigate high inflation and economic volatility and make better financial decisions.”
According to an Argiefy spokesperson:
“Human interaction is the core of our community, and World has made it incredibly easy to validate and onboard our users. It’s a simple and effective solution that fits seamlessly into what we’re building. Working with World has helped us connect with new audiences, especially in LATAM, and get valuable feedback from real users. We’ve been able to adjust and improve our roadmap by adding crypto-related features that the local community really needs.”
PartyDAO’s John Palmer, builder of two of the most successful Mini Apps to date (UNO/ORO), expanded further Mini Apps’ ability to help developers scale:
“Distribution in crypto [is] kinda broken…One really unique thing about Mini Apps at this stage is that you can get a lot of distribution in a way that you probably haven’t been able to before.”
It’s not just financial Mini Apps that are thriving, either:
- ORO, a daily token for unique humans, is currently averaging 1.4 million World ID verifications on a weekly basis.
- Holdstation surpassed 8.2 million impressions on November 22, soon after starting their Eggs Vault Mini App.
- Cudis has sold tens of thousands of dollars worth of their AI-powered smart ring through its Mini App.
- Meritt, the human-only social network, passed 30,000 World ID verified human users a few weeks after launching on World App.
Everyday apps like Top Ups (from cryptorefills.com) and eSim (from Boxo) are enabling hundreds of thousands of people each “to quickly exchange digital assets for real world phone and internet connectivity.”
Because Mini Apps are built on World Chain, builders can have confidence not only that downloads are coming “from real humans, but that 8,590,580 of these Orb-verified World ID holders also have free access to the digital economy thanks to World Network.”
Edison Chen, founder of CUDIS said:
“The partnership with World is a meaningful move for us. We collaborated to launch a special World edition CUDIS ring and CUDIS Mini App in World App, which has brought us huge traffic around the world. This is a global movement.”
