This initiative between PwC and Microsoft focuses on “deploying AI agents—sophisticated systems capable of performing tasks autonomously, analyzing data and aiding decision-making.”

As one of the largest Microsoft 365 Copilot customers globally, PwC has Copilot licenses “enabled and deployed more than 40 countries.”
This achievement is underlined by their “recognition as the Microsoft 2024 Global Partner of the Year for Building with AI.”
The initiative represents a phased adoption journey enabling organizations to empower their employees, “scale to role-specific and area-wide scenarios through tailored AI-driven use cases and advance to fully autonomous agents embedded within their enterprise ecosystems.”
Combining PwC’s industry experience to leverage Microsoft technologies including Copilot Studio will help to drive “transformative business outcomes for clients.”
