Digital Payments Provider Checkout.com Teams Up with HEYTEA

Checkout.com, a digital payments provider, announced its partnership with HEYTEA, the creator of new-style tea drinks and one of Asia’s beverage brands.

The partnership has reportedly improved HEYTEA’s customer experience and supported its global “expansion by offering localized payments solutions.”

HEYTEA customers can now “place orders through the HEYTEA app and enjoy a smooth checkout process powered by Checkout.com’s technology.”

With Checkout.com’s support, HEYTEA has achieved a credit card transaction acceptance rate, “contributing to a smoother payment process for customers and supporting the business’ success.”

Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Shenzhen, HEYTEA says that it is recognized for its signature drinks.

The brand operates over “4,300 stores and has been expanding its footprint internationally in markets such as the UK, US, Australia, Canada, and Malaysia.”

HEYTEA’s spokesperson commented:

The bubble tea market was valued at “$3.1 billion in 2023 and is projected to grow to $5.4 billion by 2033.”

HEYTEA’s expansion strategy is positioned to capitalize “on this growth by combining its innovative drinks products with a best-in-class digital experience using Checkout.com’s solutions.”

Checkout.com’s expertise across 19 office locations worldwide is critical to the partnership, enabling HEYTEA to “offer a wide range of payment methods – including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, WeChat Pay, and Alipay – to customers in markets like Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, Australia, the US, and the UK.”

By leveraging Checkout.com’s solutions, HEYTEA are able to navigate the complexities of cross-border payments while “delivering a consistent and localized experience to customers.”

With a presence in China and a footprint in key markets, Checkout.com serves businesses by “providing cross-border payment solutions.”

This partnership underscores Checkout.com’s ability to “support brands like HEYTEA as they scale globally.”
