This past week, PassEntry announced a strategic investment led by Bonsai Partners and Acurio Ventures to strengthen its digital pass issuance and enhance integrations with point-of-sale (POS) systems worldwide. The company said it expects this investment to triple its customer base and expand into five countries with a particular focus on North America and APAC.
PassEntry addresses how businesses distribute and manage digital passes, from loyalty cards and event tickets to membership passes, intending to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience within the Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. To this end, the company aims to have a presence in more than 10 major markets to solidify its position as a global leader in the digital pass industry by the end of 2025.
