Coinbase One aims to create the “ultimate” crypto membership – one that has various benefits in the Coinbase app, and also extends to the broader ecosystem.
Coinbase (NASDAQ:COIN) noted this product will be rolled out fully over the next few days.
As explained in a blog post, Coinbase One members unlock various onchain deals when they “connect any wallet to their membership.”
With partnerships across the Base ecosystem, including trading, social, DeFi, and NFT dapps, exploring onchain can potentially be a rewarding experience.
This product may help clients transact, save, and “create onchain with lower fees.”

It’s unclear just how useful this product update from Coinbase will actually be in the long-term. But it appears to be a step in the right direction because the web3 and crypto ecosystem really needs more practical solutions that people actually find helpful on a daily basis.
If these products are used by consumers in a meaningful manner, then they can help increase crypto adoption, which is one of the main goals that Coinbase and other players like Crypto.com are focused on as well.
