The company reports that it is executing over 60% of all the retail offerings across the market.
In June 2025, the WRAP platform executed ten offerings to retail investors, with two-thirds of them oversubscribed.
Offerings on WRAP included the 1.75% index-linked treasury gilt and two digital asset companies:
The Smarter Web Company capped its €8 million limit in retail fundraising for its Bitcoin treasury strategy via five offerings.
Coinsilium raised approximately £5 million for its Bitcoin treasury strategy in three fundraising rounds, all of which were oversubscribed.
Joe Winkley, Director & Head of Corporate Services at Winterflood, describes WRAP as a significant success for Winterflood.
“We see continued, resilient retail investor demand for a range of asset classes, despite macroeconomic headwinds. Through WRAP, we can leverage that demand to provide liquidity for our partners.”
Sophia Bechev, WRAP Execution Lead at Winterflood, noted that despite negativity surrounding UK capital markets, retail investors have become increasingly active in recent months.
