AI Marketing Firm Demand AI Raises $2.5M in Global Funding Round

Demand AI Group Inc, an artificial intelligence-driven business-to-business marketing company, said it has closed a $2.5 million funding round backed by international institutional investors and strategic local partners.

The investment will fuel global expansion for the Denver-based startup, which has established operations in nine countries since launching earlier this year, the company said in a statement.

Demand AI offers AI-powered alternatives to traditional lead-generation services, targeting businesses seeking to automate customer acquisition and marketing processes.

The company was founded by Michael and Charlie Whife, executives who previously scaled and sold Selling Simplified Group to IDG and Blackstone in 2022.

“This funding provides us with the runway to accelerate growth, expand into new markets, and seize on acquisition opportunities as the industry continues to shift away from legacy models,” said Michael Whife, chief executive of Demand AI Group.

The funding will support several growth initiatives, including opening new offices across Europe and Asia-Pacific, expanding sales and delivery teams, and investing in proprietary AI systems.

The company also plans to explore strategic acquisitions to consolidate market share.

Demand AI’s rapid expansion reflects growing enterprise demand for conversational AI and intelligent automation tools in business-to-business marketing.

Traditional lead-generation companies are increasingly competing with AI-powered alternatives that promise faster deployment and measurable returns on investment.

The company has hired senior executives across Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific as it scales operations to meet enterprise client demand.

Founded earlier this year, Demand AI operates across Europe, Asia and North America, providing AI-powered marketing, lead generation and content solutions to enterprise clients. The company is headquartered in Denver, Colorado.

The funding round comes as venture capital investment in AI companies remains elevated, with investors particularly focused on business-to-business applications that demonstrate clear revenue generation potential.
