Dalmore Group, a regulated broker-dealer that specializes in tech-enabled online capital formation, has partnered with digital asset firm Polymath.
In a public statement, the two firms explained that Dalmore will support Polymath’s mission to enable tokenized securities in a compliant manner.
Polymath will integrate Dalmore’s transaction management system and capital-raising technology into its Polymath Capital Platform to streamline the tokenization issuance process. Polymath allows the tokenization of any asset, including real estate, private equity, debt, and more. To date, Polymath has enabled over 200 token offerings.
Polymath states:

Issuers on the Polymath platform will gain access to an end-to-end capital formation platform, including onboarding, KYC/KYB verification, issuance management, broker-dealer compliance review, investor communications, and post-close lifecycle management.
Martin Halford, EO of Polymath, says tokenization is incomplete and that by embedding Dalmore’s broker-dealer structure on their platform, they are enabling issuers to launch compliant digital security offerings.

The strategy is to go beyond primary issuance and capital raising to support the entire digital securities process, including investor management, secondary trading preparation, and compliance with current regulatory requirements.
