ClearBank Launches Enhanced Euro Payment Access via Partnership with Fiat Republic

ClearBank, a Fintech focused on instant payment processing and integrated financial services, has revealed a collaboration with Fiat Republic. Announced recently this month, the initiative promises to transform how companies and banks across Europe handle euro transactions, making them quicker and straightforward. Fiat Republic has emerged as the inaugural user of ClearBank’s newly introduced SEPA Indirect service.

This offering allows partners to supply their clients with dedicated virtual IBANs provided by Fintech ClearBank while using their own unique BICs.

As a result, firms can preserve their individual identity, branding, and overall client interactions without compromising on SEPA network functionality.

Under the arrangement, ClearBank takes responsibility for all underlying scheme participation and fund settlement processes.

This approach sidesteps the lengthy and resource-intensive requirements of direct membership in European payment systems.

Clients instead get accelerated euro transfers, superior operational stability, and smoother handling of cross-border movements, all while operating independently.

The development represents the opening move in a series of product rollouts ClearBank has scheduled for the European market throughout 2026.

It forms part of the company’s wider strategy to deepen its regional presence.

Designed to the same exacting levels of security, reliability, and regulatory compliance as ClearBank’s core solutions, the SEPA Indirect model targets financial providers eager for efficient, low-friction entry into continental payment infrastructures.

Delivery of the live service resulted from intensive joint efforts focused on regulatory compliance, system integration, and operational testing.

With the platform now active, both organizations intend to scale additional payment features and respond dynamically to evolving customer requirements in the months ahead.

Tristan Kirchner, CEO of ClearBank Europe, emphasized that reliable euro payment channels should never impede business expansion.

The partnership equips Fiat Republic’s users with expedited, protected, and robust transaction options throughout Europe, eliminating legacy barriers.

He added that the launch creates a strong platform for extending similar support to a growing number of institutions as ClearBank broadens its SEPA Indirect footprint.

Adam Bialy, founder and CEO of Fiat Republic, described the integration as a key achievement for cryptocurrency-focused banking. The company now operates its own European BICs and custom IBANs, marking a decisive advance toward full operational independence.

The move also introduces valuable backup capacity alongside existing payment channels, delivering a fluid and self-contained experience for clients.

By drawing on ClearBank’s infrastructure, Fiat Republic strengthens its position as the leading bridge connecting traditional money and digital assets in Europe.

The partnership highlights a broader trend in the fintech sector, where indirect access models are lowering entry barriers for specialized players, particularly those serving crypto and digital economy clients.

For businesses navigating complex European regulations, the solution offers speed without sacrificing control or brand integrity. As payment volumes continue to rise and cross-border commerce expands, advancements like SEPA Indirect are expected to play a vital role in fostering competitive, resilient financial ecosystems.
