Forward Financing nabs $525M in new financing
The package includes a $350 million variable funding note (VFN) facility alongside a $175 million asset-backed securitization (ABS). It grows Forward Financing’s total committed funding capacity to close to almost $700 million. The VFN could grow to $500 million.
Augustus’ $180M B round comes with $1B valuation
Tiger Global led the round, with help from Hummingbird, QED, Road Capital Management, CMT Digital, Brevan Howard Digital, Variant, Balaji Srinivasan (CTO Coinbase), Farooq Malik (Rain), Gavin Uberti (Etched), David Velez (Nubank), Karim Atiyeh (Ramp), Sean Neville (Circle), Alex Bouaziz (Deel), Victor Cardenas (Slash), Alan Chang (CRO Revolut), Victor Riparbelli (Synthesia), Alexander Rinke (Celonis), Jamie Cox (Fluidstack), Oberhauser (n8n), and Soma Capital.
The funding will help further develop Augustus’ core banking system, Marble, along with its API-first platform offering operating, FBO and named virtual accounts, with transactions available through Swift, ACH, SEPA and stablecoins. The company also intends to keep developing Marble, its proprietary core banking system, which uses AI throughout the bank’s back office to deliver quicker settlement and round-the-clock availability.
Peak XV leads Alpaca’s $135M raise

Stablecoin firm YellowCard attracts $40M
Participants include SC Ventures by Standard Chartered, Sony Innovation Fund, Polychain Capital, and Blockchain Capital. YellowCard has seen north of $120 million in equity financing. It supports more than 50 currencies and has regulatory approvals in 22 jurisdictions.
Moentization platform Ordway gets $20M boost
The equity and debt funding round was led by Harbert Growth Partners. Debt participation came from Western Alliance Bank’s Innovation Banking Group. The cash is earmarked for AI agents and related products.
CUSO InvestiFi welcomes $20M
InvestiFi allows credit unions and community banks to embed digital investing in online banking. Vibe Credit Union led the raise. BankTech Ventures, Idaho Central Credit Union (ICCU), Navari (nee CUSG), United Financial Credit Union, Coastal Credit Union, Mid Minnesota Credit Union, Truity Credit Union and Southpoint Credit Union also contributed.
