Alice’s $140M Round Leads Last Week’s Funding and Acquisition News

AI security firm Alice confirms $140M funding round

Apax Digital Funds led the round, with participation from Samsung, SentinelOne, Maj Invest, MoreTech and Phoenix Insurance. Existing investors Resolute Ventures, Grove Ventures, CRV, Highland Europe, Vintage Investments, Norwest, NFX and Claltech came along for the ride again. The round brings total funding to $280 million. Apax Digital will join the company’s board.

Fasset’s a unicorn after $68M C round

The digital asset infrastructure builder’s round was led by Japan’s SBI Group.

Runable announces $21M A round

Runable is an AI agent platform. Susquehanna Venture Capital and Nexus Venture Partners led the round. Existing investors Together Fund and Array VC returned.

It builds and ships real products on real infrastructure, websites, mobile and internal apps, pitch decks, market analysis, prospect lists, marketing videos with database, auth, payments and deployment included. Once live, it runs the business day to day and it grows the business by running paid campaigns across ChatGPT Ads, Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok, creating and scheduling social content, running cold email, DMs and voice calls on a real phone number. It also tracks competitors and brand sentiment, and handles SEO, AEO and customer support.

Rezolv’s 12.5M round to grow AI capabilities beyond debt collection

The round was led by Norwest, with participation from Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia and India, and existing investor 3one4 Capital. Rezolv, founded in 2024 by Karan Mehta and Sonali Jindal, wishes to provide broader credit services.

Oro’s $3M round to grow AI agentic features

The company seeks to further develop natural language AI and autonomous agentic finance features. The round was co-led by MH Ventures and Mapleblock Capital, with participation from M2M Capital, Archer Capital, and X21 Digital, alongside follow-on strategic backing from Disrupt.com and ZIGLabs.

UAE’s Taxstar nabs $1.75M seed

Taxstar is an AI-powered corporate tax software platform. It is a pre-approved Accredited Service Provider (ASP) for UAE e-invoicing.

UAE B2B paytech XSquare secures undisclosed seed round

It was led by Raed Ventures, with participation from AngelSpark, 500 Global, and Oraseya Capital, which is backed by Dubai’s government.

DSP Finance acquires Volt Money

DSP Finance is the NBFC arm of DSP Group. It technically acquired Salter Technologies, which operates digital lending platform Volt Money. Volt Money provides loans against financial assets.

Priority Commerce acquires IntelliPay

The acquisition will establish Priority Commerce Government, extending the company’s enterprise payments business into the public sector. Priority Commerce Government is expected to contribute just over $4 million of incremental revenue to Priority Commerce for the balance of 2026.

Basware acquires Trustpair

Basware confirms an invoice is legitimate and approved, while Trustpair confirms payment reaches the intended supplier.
