Webull Joins X’s Cashtag Partner Program, Linking Stock and Crypto Talk to Trading Platform

Webull (NASDAQ: BULL) has entered X’s Cashtag Partner Program, linking conversations about stocks and digital assets on the social platform with a route into the broker’s trading services.

The Nasdaq-listed firm disclosed the arrangement on October 2, 2026, framing it as a way to pair live market discussion with its brokerage tools for self-directed investors.

Under the setup, people who encounter dollar-sign tickers in posts—symbols that mark a particular security or cryptocurrency—can move from that conversation toward research and order entry on Webull.

The companies described the link as a bridge between public discussion of securities and crypto and Webull’s existing brokerage and trading systems. Execution remains outside X; the partnership is presented as a handoff to the broker rather than as trading conducted inside the social network itself.

The announcement also points to a data angle.

Webull said the relationship opens the possibility of using signals drawn from activity on X—mood around an asset, shifts in what people are talking about, broader storylines in the market, and how often particular cashtags appear—alongside conventional price information.

The stated aim is to give investors a clearer sense not only of price movement but of the discussion surrounding it.

The release did not spell out product features, timing, or the method by which those signals would be built into Webull’s tools.

Anthony Denier, Webull’s group president and US chief executive, tied the deal to a wider shift in how retail investors move from information to a decision.

He argued that the next stage of investing will depend on how cleanly technology joins market information, analysis, and action, and said the arrangement places the volume of financial conversation on X next to Webull’s platform so users can find ideas, interpret conditions, and act.

Monique Pintarelli, identified in the release as head of global advertising at SpaceXAI, described the partner program as a way to connect financial talk with a next step.

She said people use X to see what is unfolding, join the exchange, and respond quickly, and that cashtag partners are meant to carry a user from discovery and discussion to a brokerage without interrupting that moment.

Webull presents itself as an online investment service built on modern infrastructure, with charting, market data, and low-cost access across securities, options, digital assets, and futures, plus wealth tools and artificial-intelligence features.

The parent company, Webull Corporation, says it runs licensed brokerage operations in 18 markets spanning North America, Asia-Pacific, Europe, Africa, and Latin America, and reports more than 28 million registered users worldwide.

Those users can trade stocks, exchange-traded funds, options, futures, fractional shares, and digital assets, with the platform also combining market information, a user community, and educational material.

The firm notes that all investing carries risk, including the possible loss of principal.

The cashtag format itself is long-standing on the platform: a dollar sign followed by a ticker such as a stock symbol or a crypto abbreviation groups posts about that asset.

X’s partner program, which routes interested users toward outside brokers and crypto venues, had already begun in the United States in mid-September with a first set of participants before Webull’s addition.

Webull’s own description of the experience says that tapping a cashtag can surface a quote card with a live price, a chart, and basic statistics, plus a link labeled for trading on Webull so the user can continue research and place an order on the broker’s side.

Market figures shown in that card are described as informational. For the broker, the arrangement is another distribution path into an audience already talking about markets in public. For X, it extends a model in which ticker pages sit next to partner links rather than hosting the trade. Neither side published a date for a broader rollout or confirmed that orders would ever be completed on X.
