Digital asset platform Uphold has made shares of Evernorth Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:XRPN) available for trading, giving qualifying US clients an additional channel to invest in a business centered on XRP.
The listing, announced in mid-October 2026, allows eligible users to buy fractional stakes in the Nasdaq-listed firm through Uphold’s equities service.
Securities are provided by Uphold Securities Inc., a registered broker-dealer that belongs to FINRA and SIPC, with custody and settlement handled by Apex Clearing Corporation.
Fractional purchases can begin at modest amounts, and customers may fund them with cash or crypto converted to dollars after completing separate onboarding for the stock-trading feature.
XRPN represents equity ownership in Evernorth rather than direct possession of XRP tokens.
Holders of the stock participate in the company’s overall valuation, financing choices, operating results, and management of its digital-asset reserves.
By contrast, individuals who hold XRP outright control transferable tokens that can be moved to personal wallets.
The new availability on Uphold therefore supplies indirect exposure to the XRP economy through a regulated public company structure.
Evernorth reached the public markets after completing a business combination with special-purpose acquisition company Armada Acquisition Corp. II.
The merger closed on October 9, 2026, and common shares began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN on October 12. At that point the firm held roughly 473 million XRP tokens along with approximately $300 million in gross cash proceeds before transaction costs.
These figures positioned Evernorth among the largest publicly traded corporate holders of XRP.
Capital and token contributions came from a group that included Arrington Capital, SBI Group, Ripple, Pantera Capital, Kraken, and GSR.Management has stated an intention to put the existing treasury to productive use rather than simply hold the tokens.
The company aims to generate earnings from its XRP reserves through institutional lending, liquidity provision, and other strategies, with the longer-term goal of increasing the quantity of XRP attributable to each share.
An October 14 announcement identified Ripple, Kraken, Coinbase, and BitGo as initial execution partners, with deployment activities expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary conditions and approvals.
New stock listing: $XRPN@Evernorthxrp (XRPN), the public stock backed by a corporate XRP treasury, is now available to trade on Uphold.

Later phases envision participation in decentralized finance applications on the XRP Ledger once native lending features are activated and tested.
Looking ahead, Evernorth has indicated plans to raise additional capital that could be used to acquire more XRP.
A prospectus filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on October 19, 2026, registers up to 11,499,992 shares of Class A common stock issuable upon exercise of existing public warrants at $11.50 per share.
Full cash exercise of those warrants would generate roughly $132.2 million in gross proceeds.
The document does not earmark the funds specifically for token purchases; management retains discretion to apply any net proceeds to general corporate purposes.
The same filing outlines the mix of cash investments and in-kind XRP contributions that established the initial treasury balance. The Uphold listing expands the set of regulated venues through which U.S. investors can obtain equity exposure to an actively managed XRP-focused treasury company shortly after its public-market debut.
