Investment crowdfunding platform SeedInvest has earned a spot on the Inc. 5000 list as the 4th fastest growing financial services firm in the US. Coming in at number 117 overall, being recognized in the top 10 in financial services is an impressive accomplishment for the online capital formation company.
The data points provided by Inc. include the following:
- 2017 top line revenue of $4.7 million
- 3 year growth rate of 3,381
- total employees = 23
- #18 in top New York City companies
SeedInvest was founded in 2012 by Ryan Feit and James Han. The platform is a full stack offering site enabling issuers to sell securities under the three different crowdfunding exemptions: Reg CF, Reg A+ and Reg D (506c).
To date, more than 220 companies have raised capital on SeedInvest with the average investment per company standing at around $500,000. Over 230,000 investors are registered with the platform.
