NextSeed Partners with Civitas Capital Group on Real Estate Offerings

NextSeed, an online investment platform, has announced a partnership with Civitas Capital Group regarding real estate investment offerings.

NextSeed started life as a funding portal offering small business debt securities under Reg CF open to all investors. Not too long ago, NextSeed became a FINRA regulated Broker-Dealer better positioned to offer a broader portfolio of securities offerings including real estate backed assets. A merger with Collaboration Capital has added additional products and features, including an ESG fund, as NextSeed seeks to scale and become a leading full-stack digital investment platform.

Civitas Capital Group is an alternative investment manager catering to institutions including home offices and qualified individuals. Civitas Capital offers investments in EB-5 as well as real estate and more.

According to an email distributed by NextSeet, the two companies will combine their respective expertise in tech-enabled online investments and commercial real estate investment management.
