NextSeed Says it has Now Returned $8 Million to Investors

NextSeed, an online capital formation platform, says it has now topped $8 million in returns since its inception in 2015.

Initially launched as a bank replacement platform providing loans to SMEs, NextSeed has since expanded its offerings into other securities.

In an email, NextSeed said that they have “never been more optimistic that the future of investing is with everyday investors like you, and we’ll continue working hard to bring you unique and exclusive investment opportunities.”

In 2020, the assets of NextSeed small business investment platform were acquired by Republic – a leading full-stack investment crowdfunding platform. NextSeed co-founder and CEO Youngro Lee became the Chief Operating Officer of Republic while remaining CEO of NextSeed Securities – a separate entity.

NextSeed currently offers securities under Reg D and Reg CF.
