NextSeed, an online capital formation platform, says it has now topped $8 million in returns since its inception in 2015.
Initially launched as a bank replacement platform providing loans to SMEs, NextSeed has since expanded its offerings into other securities.

In 2020, the assets of NextSeed small business investment platform were acquired by Republic – a leading full-stack investment crowdfunding platform. NextSeed co-founder and CEO Youngro Lee became the Chief Operating Officer of Republic while remaining CEO of NextSeed Securities – a separate entity.
NextSeed currently offers securities under Reg D and Reg CF.
