Kingscrowd, a leading data provider for online capital formation, is extending its Reg CF funding round listed on StartEngine.
Typically, platforms in the funding portal/online capital formation sector will partner with another platform to raise money online.
Kingscrowd covers data for both Reg CF and Reg A offering data. While online capital formation under Reg D is significant, it is difficult to track because issuers are not required to disclose the total amounts raised.
According to an SEC filing, Kingscrowd is extending the end date and adding a “Flash Perk.” The funding goal is posted as between $10,000 and $4 million. Under Reg CF, an issuer may raise up to $5 million. The end of the offering is now listed as October 28, 2026.
The offering page indicates that approximately $600,000 has been raised so far from 327 investors. Kingscrowd is raising equity capital at a pre-money valuation of $28.8 million. In the past, Kingscrowd has crowdfunded $4.8 million in growth capital.
The offering page states that Kingscrowd booked over $2.5 million in sales in 2025, up from $700,000 in 2024.
Kingscrowd is also engaged in listing its own securities offerings and has raised $2.1 million for VC funds from 67 limited partners.
