Hub Exchange Announces Strategic Partnership With London Stock Exchange Group’s ELITE

London fintech company, The Hub Exchange announced on Thursday it has formed a strategic partnership with London Stock Exchange Group’s ELITE, a business development and capital raising platform.

ELITE, which was launched by London Stock Exchange Group in 2012, is a full-service program that is designed to help companies prepare and structure for their next stage of growth through access to long-term financing opportunities. More than 700 companies, advisors, and investors make up the platform’s community and close to 500 ELITE companies in 25 countries from more than 30 sectors are generating €40 billion in combined revenues and account for over 175,000 jobs across Europe and beyond.

Speaking about the new partnership, Axel Coustere and Stephen Ong, co-founders of The Hub Exchange stated:

“We are extremely excited about our partnership with LSEG’s ELITE and the opportunity to be the key technology partner for ELITE Club Deal’s global initiative. The partnership sets the standard for private market capital raising and provides the backbone for private investment networks to connect into. As each exchange crowns the end of the journey for private companies, our mission is to connect investment networks, currently operating in silos, from the early stage through to late stage, through our technology, globally.”

Luca Peyrano, CEO of ELITE, added:

“ELITE and [The Hub Exchange] share a global vision of transforming the global capital raising environment. [The Hub Exchange] will allow ELITE Club Deal to power its platform with the best in class technology, supporting ELITE companies in efficiently connecting with growth capital, whilst giving investors the opportunity to have a stake in some of Europe’s most ambitious private businesses.”

The Hub Exchange previously joined 12 other fast growing companies in the sixth cohort of London Stock Exchange Group’s ELITE program. The program assisted growing organizations by building a network of partners and advisors to support them in accessing suitable growth financing.  The Hub Exchange is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
