Real estate crowdfunding is set to boom across the country and around the world. As established industry practices are replaced by the more efficient methods of both debt and equity crowdfunding, investing in real estate will be completely reformed. In recognition of this seismic shift Crowdfund Global Expo (CFGE) has organized a Real Estate Summit to be held in Austin, Texas later this month.
Produced by Coastal Shows the event is expected to bring together experts in real estate investing; IRA and Pension Funds; and both equity and debt crowdfunding to educate attendees on the opportunities for retail and institutional investors presented by new JOBS Act provisions through crowdfunding. General solicitation for private placements and forthcoming final rules for both Title III and Title IV are all expected to further fuel the shift to online investing. Real estate investing is expected to be one of the earliest and most dramatic beneficiaries of this transformation.
