Sensibo, maker of a smart air conditioning system, has surpassed their $70,000 crowdfunding goal on Indiegogo. The project became memorable due to the excellent pitch video that described a mundane product in a highly entertaining fashion.
Co-founder and CEO of Sensibo Omer Enbar shared his pleasure in funding the campaign;
“We are thrilled by the support we have received from the Indiegogo community and from the enthusiastic response of our backers. We think Sensibo will significantly improve users’ everyday lives, making them feel more comfortable with a solution that is both intelligent and intuitive. We are grateful for all of the contributions we have received thus far and look forward to a cool future with Sensibo.”
Sensibo allows people to manage the temperature of their homes with their smartphones, tablets, Pebble watches, etc. The approach is one of simplicity that was humorously depicted in their video.
At last count, Sensibo was over $92,000 from more than 700 backers. The campaign is set to close on July 4th.
