Recently Launched Crowdfunding Platform InvestDen Partners with Crowdnetic

Matt NovakNewly minted crowdfunding platform InvestDen has partnered with NYC based Crowdnetic to “make the sector morally accountable for the deals it offers to investors,” this according to Tech City News.

InvestDen just launched in June and is an investment crowdfunding platform that offers both debt and equity in issuing firms.

InvestDen stated in June, “[Our platform] is tribute to the constant improvement and evolution that is prevalent in daily life. The world of finance had not progressed to a state where it is transparent, easy to understand and cost-effective – that is, up until now!  InvestDen makes raising capital, by way of either equity or debt;  safe, easy and efficient.”

InvestDen has also incorporated a secondary market, according to site.  It allows securities not only purchased via its platform to be traded but will also accept securities issued from other crowdfunding platforms.  InvestDen is owned by Clasp Investments Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Co-founder and CEO Matt Novak was quoted on the arrangment with Crowdnetic;

“This partnership provides a barometer for the global crowdfinance marketplace insofar as streamlining valuations, tracking the life-cycle of crowdfunded assets and making platforms morally accountable for the quality of the deals that they originate. Comprehensive data aggregation is integral for commercialisation of crowdfinance.”
