Offering backers of the epic Super Troopers 2 Indiegogo campaign a sneak peak of the anticipated comedy’s progress, the crew at Broken Lizard film studio unveiled some footage of the upcoming film.
Broken Lizard sought to raise $2 million for the highly anticipated sequel of the 2001 comedy Super Troopers during its Indiegogo run last year. The campaign so far has secured over $4.5 million. Although the plot is currently unknown, according to IMDb, fans are still gearing up for what they believe to be a great follow up to the hilarious cult classic. The film will star Jay Chandrasekhar (starring and directing), Paul Soter, Steve Lemme, Erik Stolhanske, and Kevin Heffernan. In recent updates, Broken Lizard announced Emmanuelle Chriqui, Rob Lowe, Hayes MacArthur, Tyler Labine and Will Sasso also joined the cast.
