Xignite, a provider of market data cloud solutions for financial institutions and fintech companies, announced on Tuesday it appointed former Microsoft executive Mark Rowe its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
According to Xignite, Rowe was notably Interim CFO and Vice President, Finance and Operations at 3D Robotics before being named the company’s CFO. Previously, Rowe spent more than ten years at Microsoft in various senior finance leadership roles and most recently he was Senior Director, Finance Business Intelligence, where he defined the strategy for the Microsoft’s revenue and business intelligence reporting system.

The company added Rowe is set to oversee the global finance, operations, and human resources functions.
