The Securities and Exchange Commission announced their intent to webcast a portion of the hearings later this week. Individuals interested in participating must register today.

The SEC plans to webcast the morning panel presentations of the 2012 SEC Forum on Small Business Capital Formation at www.sec.gov on November 15, 2012. Registration will not be required to view the webcast of the panels.
Those who wish to attend the Forum panel presentations at SEC headquarters and/or participate in the Forum afternoon breakout groups must submit the registration information requested below by November 12, 2012. There is no registration fee.
The afternoon breakout groups, where participants will develop recommendations for publication in the Forum Final Report, will not be webcast. Participants may either attend in person or participate by telephone conference call. The SEC staff will e-mail call-in telephone numbers and access codes to those registered to participate by telephone a day or so before the Forum.
