The program will arm entrepreneurs and small business owners with access to consultants and industry-specific information that will support business growth and development. The Validated Expert program is the latest initiative to enable entrepreneurs, mentors, and peers to engage with one another on iCrowd’s social platform.
What is in it for the experts? According to their web site, iCrowd will “promote your expertise and your services to the community” and allow their experts to submit articles to iCrowd’s resource center.

iCrowd’s platform aims to bring some gamification features to the natural discussion that takes place around any crowdfunding campaign. Users will earn badges for things like answering questions or gaining followers.
