Crowd It Forward Raising Funds For Washington Navy Yard Shooting Victims

Crowd It Forward, a platform that is said to specialize in “random acts of crowdfunding,” has launched a crowdfunding campaign for victims of the recent shootings at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC.

The campaign will be open until December 31st of this year and has already met a $1,000 goal from 17 donors.

Crowd It Forward just added two former television news personalities to their Board of Directors. Frank Robertson is featured in the above video. The move was made in an effort to bolster video production and funding throughput going forward.

The campaign is a donation-based campaign. According to the campaign page, “all proceeds of this project will be given to the families of victims and to survivors who were injured in this horrific incident.”
