Pop-Up Shop Innovator “Space Qube” to Raise £110,000 in Equity

Launching today the Southhampton based company is looking to offer 35% equity in the small business for a total raise of £110,000 over the next 90 days.  The company aims to provide a brick and mortar presence with an exceptional retail theatre meeting the demands of a pre-determined customer profile.

Space QubeThe new British company has created a  unique pop-up shop  enterprise.  The funds are required to lease the first Space Qube retail unit which will be sub-let on a short term basis to a variety of retailers in the form of pop-up shops. Once funding is secured, Space Qube will lease a retail unit in a premium shopping location and sub-let the space to retailers and brands for short term pop-up or marketing activity. Using their unique store-fitting system and talented design team, Space Qube can tailor the look of the space to suit the tenant’s objectives and can change the fit out over night to keep trading downtime to a minimum. Aimed at a variety of retailers including online brands who want to test their product on the high street, new brands who want to trial specific shopping locations and brands wanting to create an experiential campaign for a new launch or seasonal promotion, the space will bring a new opportunity to retailers wanting to create a memorable experience for their customers.
