Crowdcube CEO Westlake Eyes International Expansion (Video)

In an interview with CNBC’s The Business Class, Crowdcube CEO Darren Westlake divulges that his equity crowdfunding platform, which currently operates in the UK, will be looking to expand internationally in the coming months. He says that Crowdcube is bringing in revenue but is far from being profitable, and in order to be profitable the business is going to need to scale. (Business 101!) There is some interesting back-and-forth with host James Caan in regards to whether that expansion would be a good idea, but Westlake makes it clear where he stands. Watch below…
