Kyle MeyerManaging director of Open Source Capital Kyle E. Meyer stated, “Investing is complicated, but we insist on trying to make it simple. Our dequity investment program is a convenient way for accredited investors to participate in the real estate market by earning quarterly interest on their money, plus upside potential, without the headaches of property ownership.”
