AppVested, an equity crowdfunding platform for mobile apps, is introducing its newest app, GenieGram, to AppVestors. AppVested is marketing GenieGram as a social greetings application that adds fun layers to messaging. The idea is to take the nostalgia and whimsy of snail mail and make it applicable to the digital age.
Like all apps featured on AppVested, this app is looking for AppVestors to contribute the money necessary to develop, market and launch this app for mobile users. GenieGram’s funding goal is $115,000 to turn this fun idea for a messaging app into a reality. Because GenieGram is currently seeking funding, AppVested is only offering details to accredited AppVestors to protect the creator’s IP.
Matthew Worsman, co-founder of AppVested, stated:
“Each app idea submitted through our platform goes through an extensive vetting process before being selected and presented to our AppVestors. We believe GenieGram will be a successful app once it’s available to the market and want to give AppVestors a chance to get in on the ground floor.”
Since GenieGram has already been carefully vetted and selected by AppVested, it is now hosted on AppVested’s website and awaiting investors. If AppVestors decide they want to invest, they will sign the legal documents using an e-signature, and the details for issuing an ACH or Wire Transfer will be provided to complete the investment process. Once GenieGram has reached its funding goal, it will then be made a reality by the minds behind AppVested and offered in app stores worldwide.
