Revealing its dedicated to the organic lifestyle, The London Distillery Company shared:
“We are committed to sourcing only the purest organic ingredients – from malt to spirit to botanicals – as locally and ethically as possible.”
The company also went on to state that it has a low carbon footprint, equipped with solar panels and has a heat-recovery system:
“We are continuously striving to lower our carbon-footprint, whether this means buying our botanicals from countries closer to home or encouraging local bakeries to use our spent grain for making bread.
“Distilling is an energy-intensive process, so we have designed a unique cooling water system to recover heat from our copper stills for use elsewhere.”
The “pop-up” shop is being held at 26 Greek Street in Soho, London and will allow potential investors to meet the Dodd’s Gin team. Investors may invest as little as £150 towards the company. This will be open October 19th- the 24th from 9 a.m. – 11 p.m. and will offer food, coffee, cocktails and free samples of Dodd’s Gin.

“This is a unique opportunity for people to invest in a truly British manufacturing business based in London. We’re really excited to meet people who love gin and want to know more about what we do. Next year, we have some amazing plans for a new distillery space in Battersea, including the world’s biggest gin bar/library.”
