YouCaring Teams Up With Eagle & Badge Foundation of Los Angeles to Raise Funds For LAPD Officers & Families

YouCaringNonprofit crowdfunding platform, YouCaring, announced on Wednesday that it is partnering with the Eagle & Badge Foundation of Los Angeles, a nonprofit created by members of the Los Angeles Police Protective League and members of the community, raise funds for the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) officers and their families.

Aimen Barma, Chief Marketing Officer of YouCaring, stated:

“By harnessing the power of Compassionate Crowdfunding, we want to help Eagle & Badge augment its programs to give back locally to the everyday heroes of the Los Angeles community in times of critical need and support causes that raise awareness for the foundation. In addition, we hope that this will inspire our YouCaring community to create similar campaigns within their own communities in an effort to unleash compassion.”

RepovichAs part of the partnership, the Eagle & Badge Foundation is running crowdfunding campaigns on YouCaring that benefit LAPD officers and their families who are in need as well as causes important to them.Active campaigns currently include Support the Eagle & Badge Foundation, a general fundraiser to attract donations for the foundation’s cases; Honor the End of Watch Memorial Wall, designed to support and raise awareness for the End of Watch Memorial Wall, a traveling exhibit dedicated to the 207 LAPD officers who have fallen in the line of duty; and Spread Awareness for the Eagle & Badge Foundation, which aims to raise money to purchase a new trailer that will enable the End of Watch Memorial Wall and Education Center to travel easily to more locations.
