On Thursday, Seedrs announced that it has formed a new partnership with Amazon Launchpad. This news comes just a few weeks after Crowdcube and Crowdfunder announced their partnerships with Launchpad.
The UK equity crowdfunding platform stated:
“Seedrs is a launch partner of Amazon’s Launchpad programme – an exciting new initiative that is designed to allow Amazon customers to more easily find and purchase products from exciting startups. Amazon is working with a network of venture capitalists, accelerators, incubators and crowdfunding platforms, like Seedrs, to help identify new, inspired, and cutting-edge products for their customers.”
Seedrs also noted how the opportunity helps its portfolio businesses:

The website then added:
“After being introduced by our team, Amazon selects which businesses they believe are a good fit for their marketplace and will then help them launch on Amazon. We look forward to continuing to support Seedrs businesses by making introductions to Launchpad and watching them grow!”
