Crafters & Co’s CEO Hadleigh Petherick previously stated:
“A successful raise for us means our suppliers will be able to concentrate on what they do best, making awesome craft products, while we concentrate on promotion, distribution and sales. Crafters & Co’s solid platform and success over the past two years has already shown what we’re capable of, and with the support of our crowd we’re looking to take the company national. Our growth will come developing an efficient online ordering systems and increasing our sales staff so we can concentrate on moving volume for our suppliers. The online side of the business is limitless.”
Now, two weeks after its crowdfunding debut, Crafters & Co. creators sat down with PledgeMe to share why they decided to use the funding method.
The company noted that the answer to why it is crowdfunding is simple: to take it nationwide. Crafters wants to streamline sales and showcase the craft community to NZ and the rest of the world. And they want you, their crowd, to help them make it happen.
“We have two open nights coming up with BBQ and tastings.”
In regards to crowd’s support, the company added:
“Crafters & Co. would like to thank all the Pledgers that have supported our campaign so far. We still have a way to go so share with your friends and colleagues and lets hit our investment target.
Crafters & Co. is looking to raise a minimum of $400,000 up to $1,000,000 which is between 16.7% and 33.3% of the company.
