On Friday, crowdfunding brewery Brewdog announced that it is seeking the opinion of fans for its new #rebrewdog poll. This poll features a list of retired beers that the company is willing to bring back.
The brewery shared in a blog post:
“So, time for an exciting announcement! Something we know will gird the drinking loins of anyone holding a flame for a beer from BrewDog past, or who has looked at one of our empty bottles sitting dustily on a shelf. They say you should never go back – but then ‘they’ would probably also say that you shouldn’t give away the recipes for every single beer you’ve ever made, either. Don’t listen to them.”
Brewdog’s #rebrewdog poll includes Abstrakt, Trashy Blonde, Bashah, Restorative Beverage for Invalids and Convalescents, Original Dogma, Lizard Bride, and so many more.
The company went on to explain:
“One of those long-lost beery souls will be born again for this new age, as we give every single BrewDog fan out there the keys to the kingdom and let them all turn in unison. Which will it be? Scan down that list of names (or CTRL-F if there’s one in particular you remember fondly). Fancy another shot at that first BrewDog love? Was there an Abstrakt you missed out on, and need to complete your collection? Is one of your buddies constantly winding you up about the one that got away?”
The Brewdog team also reassured everyone that this announcement is not an April Fools joke.

BrewDog is currently preparing for its new crowdfunding campaign, Equity For Punks USA. The company recently filed with the SEC to launch a Reg A+ mini-IPO for its Yankee subsidiary. Mission control for BrewDog US will be based in the heartland of Columbus, Ohio – but operations will not just supply the lower 48. BrewDog sees the extension into the colonies as a chance to expand further into other countries.
