Fundrise eREIT Records 9.7% Annualized Return in Q1

Fundrise eREITThe ongoing Fundrise eREIT continues to raise capital, and add properties, on a rolling basis on the real estate crowdfunding platform. The eREIT strategy, according the offer page, is to focus primarily on debt investments but incorporates some equity, in commercial real estate. The eREIT will deliver dividends on a quarterly basis to investors.

Today the portfolio holds 9 diverse properties from across the United States. The funding amount per property currently ranges from approximately $837,000 to $5.51 million. The intent is to fund a portfolio of up to $50 million.  The offering circular with additional details is available here.

In previous emails sent to potential investors, Fundrise has stated that over 54,000 individuals have expressed interest in the eREIT offer. With each new opening to investors, Fundrise has stated that available shares will move quickly.  All sales are on a first come, first serve basis.
