The Subcommittee on Capital Markets and Government Sponsored Enterprises, part of the House Financial Services Committee, has scheduled a hearing to take place next week entitled; “Continued Oversight of the SEC’s Offices and Divisions”. The hearing will examine the mission, operation, and activities of certain divisions and offices of the SEC, including the Office of Credit Ratings. A witness list was not available at this time.
The hearing will be live-streamed on the Financial Services Committee website. The proceedings are scheduled to commence at 9:15 AM on Thursday, April 21, 2106.
