German Fintech Startup Tradico Receives €1 Million Investment From Former Deutsche Bank COO Henry Ritchotte

German fintech startup, Tradico, announced on Monday it received a €1 million investment from former COO and board member of Deutsche Bank, Henry Ritchotte.

This investment comes just a few months after Tradico received a €2.5 million investment from Dieter von Holtzbrinck Ventures, Earlybird Venture Capital, and SpeedInvest. Speaking about the company’s growth so far, CEO of Tradico, Mauel Hehle, shared:

“Our whole team is very proud that we’ve once again been able to make our innovative business model attractive to well-known investors. It’s now our goal to continue our growth course unabated in 2017 using this boost to our business. This will give us the necessary dynamism to expand our customer base to other key European markets – for instance, the Benelux countries.”

Tradico also reported that its major focus is in its fine trading funding operations is still in Germany.
