On Thursday, Revolut announced it was introducing FreeAgent Integration to Revolut for Business. FreeAgent, a UK-based accounting software, is now available to all business customers. Revolut stated that the integration, which is its first ever integration, will allow customers to stay on top of their cash flows, as well as to simplify their reconciliation process. With the integration, customers can do the following:
- Automatically post transactions to FreeAgent every 4-6 hours
- Sync all of your accounts or only some of them
- Prevent duplicate transactions since Revolut checks the date of the last upload and syncs thereafter
Revolut also reported:
“Our integration seamlessly connects your FreeAgent account to your Revolut for Business one, allowing them to talk to one another, so they can do great things together for you and your business! This means that your Business account periodically posts new transactions to FreeAgent, so that you don’t have to get into the nitty gritty and manually import and export every check you get.”
Revolut then added that the Freeagent integration is just one of many parts of its Revolut Connect, which is a set of initiatives aimed at making Revolut for Business the most open business bank in the world.
