Horizon Globex, a security token offering (STO) software firm, has appointed Mark Elenowitz as President operating out of the firm’s New York City office. Globex is a blockchain based business specializing in Reg D and Reg S compliant tokenization of assets.
Elenowitz is the co-founder of both Tripoint Global Equities and Banq. Tripoint is a broker-dealer and boutique investment bank. Banq is an online marketplace for issuers raising capital under Reg D and Reg A+. Elenowitz helped to guide the first successful Reg A+ crowdfunding IPO of a company to list on the NYSE.
Globex says that Elenowitz will lead the company in helping implement software solutions that conform with Wall Street standards and integrate those solutions with US broker-dealers and securities professionals. Elenowitz will also continue his roles at Tripoint and Banq.
“We believe that the next rounds of blockchain capital formation will have to focus on securities law compliance and, at Globex, we are ideally positioned to address all STO issuers compliance and funding needs,” commented Elenowitz.
Brian Collins, CEO of Globex, said the addition of Elenowitz will help ensure their success as a one-stop shop for compliant security token issuers.
Globex states that it is positioned to provide proprietary solutions covering AML/KYC/CIP, Custody and Transfer and complete tokenization solutions to issuers, broker-dealers and other service providers.
